Chalet Familial GabAdèle

The GabAdèle Family Cabin is ideal for small group gatherings: team-building sessions, planning days, team retreats, or training sessions. The cabin is rented on an exclusive basis, providing the group with a private, undisturbed environment.

Capacity: up to 8 people for meetings, with on-site accommodations for the same number (4 bedrooms). Open common areas that serve as workspaces, a full kitchen, and 500 Mbps high-speed internet for videoconferencing.

Groups can extend their day with on-site activities: two private lake access points, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards. No on-site catering service; groups cook for themselves or hire a local caterer. 1 hour and 30 minutes from Montreal and 1 hour from Joliette.

On-site, groups have access to two private lake access points reserved for local residents: a boat launch right in front of the cottage and a sandy beach a 3- to 4-minute walk away. Two adult kayaks and a stand-up paddleboard are provided for shared use. An outdoor fire pit is available for group gatherings, and recreational freshwater fishing is available on the lake.

Just a few minutes from the cabin, the Lac En Cœur trail offers an accessible hike, popular with groups looking to get some exercise between work sessions. In winter, the same area is accessible by snowshoes, and cross-country ski trails are just a few minutes away by car.

Since the cabin is rented on an exclusive basis, groups can also enjoy evenings on-site: cooking meals together, gathering around the outdoor fire, and playing board games.

The cabin setting changes the dynamic of a corporate retreat: the team has the property to itself, with no comings and goings or interruptions, and conversations flow naturally outside of meeting hours. That’s often when the real discussions take place.

The group shares common areas, prepares meals together, and has exclusive use of the entire property for the duration of the stay.
